I am currently unable to access library resources through ezproxy.

Step One:

Do your login credentials function in other UIndy systems that require authentication?

If you are experiencing problems authenticating to either ACE or MyUIndy, please contact the Information Systems Help Desk to resolve your account issue at help@uindy.edu or 317-788-3318.

If you are able to successfully login to the UIndy websites listed above, please proceed to the next step.

Step Two:

Is your browser of choice configured to save passwords?

Important note:  We recommend that you choose to not save passwords for EZproxy, as you will experience login issues when your current password is out of sync with the information stored in your browser.

If you are still unable to authenticate through EZproxy, please proceed to the third step,

Step Three:

Are your able to access library resources through ezproxy from an alternate web browser?

If you are able to successfully authenticate via a different web browser, the issue can more than likely be resolved by deleting the cache of your commonly-used web browser.
